Developed a credit risk model during virtual internship at Home Credit Indonesia to reduce loan defaults and optimize revenue. Compared Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and LightGBM; final LightGBM model achieved 81% recall and reduced undetected defaults to just 5.9K clients. Conducted SHAP-based feature analysis to design 3 strategic actions: 1) Smart Loan Approval, 2) AI-Powered Risk Alerts, and 3) Persona-Based Product Offers. These drove a 5.1% revenue increase and 40.44% cut in bad debt – proving direct business value and scalability of the solution.

Predict Better, Spend Smarter – Optimize Campaigns with Behavioral Targeting

Built an ad-click classification model using behavioral data (site time, internet usage, income, age group) from fictional AdXcel dataset. Logistic Regression outperformed other models with 99% precision and ROC-AUC, ensuring stable performance across datasets. Simulation showed CTR boost by 97.26% and 49.31% drop in CPA, saving Rp 3.7M in ad spend. Net Profit Margin grew from 33.3% to 66.2%, raising profit by 90.67% (Rp 3M to Rp 5.72M).
